STEM DFSS is a group of STEM education programs designed to help participants excel in science, technology, engineering, and math programs of study. Each program is designed for a specific age group and is full of proven lessons and strategies to help participants enroll, persist, and succeed in STEM!
Stay Focused, Be STEM-Ready

This program is for high school students and prepares students for the challenges in college-level STEM programs.
- Engages students year-round in STEM activities - not just a STEM summer camp!

STEM Wave

This program is for middle school students who are on the cusp of mapping out their futures. A key component of this program is nurturing a growth mindset and identifying career choices. Science and technology activities are essential to connecting science and technology to everyday activities.
Science In Our World

This program is for K-12 students and exposes them to STEM topics and activities to connect science to the world around them.
- Enhanced knowledge of and early exposure to STEM careers that many youth are not aware of.
- Focus on critical thinking and inquiry based learning.

The STEM Alternative

This workforce development program is designed for youth and adults who do not wish to pursue the traditional STEM career path. Participants learn about the various career paths available to support STEM industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, forestry, information technology, and architecture.

Join us for an amazing STEM experience where students perform exciting science labs in the comfort of their own home! Our week long virtual labs combine instruction that provides insight into intriguing topics and will inspire students to ask questions, draw conclusions, and share their knowledge with others. The hands-on lab component provides a learning experience that will leave students hungry to learn more about science in the world around them, and become the problem solvers of the future!.

A science kit is provided for use throughout each camp. Computer access is required for all video conferencing sessions.
